Privacy Policy

• Account info: email, first and last name, display name, username, user/account ID, birth date, optional phone, profile and cover photos, sign-in methods and hashed security-question answers.
• Life data you enter: tasks, appointments, events, notes and memos, habits, work schedule, goals.
• Financial data you enter: bills, income and paydays, savings, shared bills, IOUs, subscriptions, and optional bank-connection data.
• Health data you enter: medications, doses, schedules, adherence logs, refills, and check-ins.
• Support and safety data: tickets, reports, private staff notes, account restrictions and administrative audit records.
• Social data: buds, pods, family/child links, accountability check-ins, game sessions, and private messages you send.
• Device & usage data: app version, preferences, accessibility settings, timezone, push subscriptions, activity and error records, AI usage and people-search timestamps used to limit abuse. These search records do not store search terms or email addresses.

• To run the features you use: schedule, calendar, reminders, bud check-ins, shared bills, pods and messaging.
• To send the reminders and notifications you have enabled, on the schedule and quiet hours you set.
• To generate AI output you request through IntelliBUDS AI (briefings, plans, recaps, readings, reports).
• To improve the app and respond to support requests.

Signed-in members can search by first name, last name, full name, username, exact user/account ID or a complete email address. Last names can match a search without appearing to strangers. Email matching is exact, not a partial-address directory; emails are never returned in member search results, profiles or bud lists. A match can reveal that an account exists to someone who already knows the address. Accepting a bud request does not reveal your email. Meet new buds suggestions are opt-in and exclude minors; turning them off does not remove your account from direct search. Child-account searches require an exact user/account ID. Blocked users and declined pairs are excluded from search and suggestions. Strangers receive only first name, username, current profile photo and the identifier needed to open a profile or send a request. Cover photos, older uploads and personal profile details stay hidden. Fuller profiles are available under existing rules to accepted buds, shared-pod or shared-chat members, accepted family links and authorized administrators. Full profile access does not automatically grant access to every task, financial or health record; shared items have separate rules. Accountability summaries may show task and habit counts without titles. Pod focus sessions show members who is focusing and session timing. Leaving a connection cannot erase copies others saved or revoke an already issued photo link before it expires.

When you request or enable an AI feature, relevant app information and inputs are sent to our AI provider to produce briefings, plans, readings or other output. Do not submit secrets or someone else’s sensitive information without permission. AI output can be wrong, and requested actions may change records; review their results. AI is subject to usage limits and availability. Cosmic Compass is entertainment, not professional advice; children’s horoscope messages use generic positive content rather than personalized AI. Use the available controls to manage stored readings and personalization.

Buddy accounts can be created or linked by an authorized parent or guardian. Accepted guardians can view linked profile information and use supported schedule, allowance and account tools under the feature’s access rules; this does not mean every health record is shared. The guardian notice appears only when an accepted link grants access. Birth dates cannot be changed once set, including by support staff. Minors are excluded from Meet new buds suggestions. We do not use children’s data for advertising. Only provide a child’s information when you are authorized to do so.

Export and account-deletion controls are available in Settings. Deletion removes the account and associated records covered by the deletion process from active systems; it does not recall messages, exports or photos already saved by others. Before an account is deleted, we save a private snapshot of the account (profile, sign-in details, roles, support tickets, reports, sent messages and app data) in an administrator-only archive. This archive exists so we can answer legal requirements and lawful requests after an account is gone, and to protect the safety of other members; it is not used for any other purpose and is never visible to other members. Backup expiry follows our hosting providers’ retention schedules. Payment, dispute, audit, security or legal records may be retained where necessary. We do not promise a fixed backup-erasure deadline. Stored horoscope readings follow the retention setting available for that feature. Contact us about remaining records or a deletion concern. Temporary helper access: you can create a helper login (a 10-character username and 8-digit password) for 6, 12 or 24 hours so someone you choose can view and change your account. Helpers cannot see your messages, sign-in and security settings, billing, linked bank or card details, or delete your account. Access ends automatically, cannot be extended, and you can end it early in Settings. You are responsible for who you share a helper login with.

Hosting, sign-in, notification and AI providers process information needed to operate the service. Stripe processes subscriptions and supported optional financial services; payment, identity and authorized connection information is also subject to Stripe’s terms. Providers may process information outside your country. Access controls and hosting protections help protect data, but no system is guaranteed secure. Messages and life data are not end-to-end encrypted; authorized staff may inspect account information for support, safety and administration. Do not put passwords, full payment-card details or unauthorized sensitive information in notes or AI prompts.

Settings lets you manage contact details, notifications, accessibility and discovery, export data and delete your account. Email changes may require confirmation; birth dates stay locked. Essential cookies and device storage maintain sign-in, preferences and pending invitations. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing or complain to a privacy authority. Contact us to exercise those rights or report a concern. Our support response promise is two business days.
